Poor Ergonomic Work Stations

So many people are now working from home with very poor ergonomic work stations. I have been seeing a great increase in pinched nerves, poor postures, disc issues, headaches, shoulder pain, wrist pain and other symptoms due to poor work environments. I am hoping to get people off the couch and not working on their kitchen tables but work in a safe work environment to protect their body and nervous systems. Please watch and compare ideas from this video to what your are using if you spend anytime in front of a computer. Feel free to share the information to other co-workers. If you would like please take a picture of your current work station and we can analyze it together.

Have a great day
