How are you doing today?  Make the correction if needed so you don’t lower your immune system defenses or start having back pain and poor posture.   In the next few days to weeks I will send you information to improve your immune system.   Please read and follow if you want.  As a wellness physician I feel its my duty plus patient education is part of your wellness program at my clinic.   "Because I have your back."
Let's start today with addressing how to handle the stress you have after listening or reading the news everyday.

Three Ways to Stop, Breathe, Listen, and Connect
Come back to your breath. Every time you learn a new fact about this virus, stop, take a deep, calming breath, and notice what is happening in your body. Breathe deep and release any tension you’re holding.
Remember breathing in through your nose, hold it for four seconds and breathe out from your stomach for four seconds.

Find ways to connect. Social distancing is the compassionate response to the challenge before us, but physical isolation doesn’t mean disconnection. Write letters to your friends, hold video chat parties, call your neighbors, send love notes to retirement homes and hospitals.

Try downloading a free meditation app for your phone or ipad. Such as
1 Headspace
2 Calm
3Aura
4 Stop, Breathe & Think
5 Insight Timer
Wear your posture band if you got one from me every day to remind you to reduce your stress levels, practice proper posture habits and do your breathing exercises.
I can now offer phone consultations if anyone is interested.   Please call the clinic or email me if you are interested in a telemedicine conference.     I guess most insurances are covering them otherwise you all know me, I wouldn’t charge you if your doesn’t.

Have a great healthy day.
