Shoulder Pain Doesn't Always Come from the Shoulder

Shoulder pain and restriction may start somewhere away from the shoulder.

We show you how to test different areas based on how restricted your shoulder is moving. Categories are 0-30, 30-45, 45-90, 90-120 and 120-180 degrees of movement with or without pain. The further you can move the shoulder, the more likely it is a dysfunction away from the shoulder. We will explain why in this video.
