Quick exercise to reduce low back spasms and back pain

This is a quick little drill that is called VOR-c to help reduce low back stiffness especially with twisting motions.  The drill stimulates the parts of the brain that helps you with balance  and posture.  By doing this easy little drill you can stimulate a reflexive system you brain has called the Vestibulospinal reflex which helps motion in the back.   This drill is for people that feel tight on one side when the rotationally twist the spine.  It can also help people with coordination and balance on the same side as they have tension.  Give it a try and let me know what you think-Dr Nate
