Introducing…drum roll please… the Proactive Healthcare Ergonomic Program, the Posture Event of the year! Patients and the St. Paul community workers are invited to attend as my special guest for Free.

Posture is declining at the speed of technology.  Ergonomic postural distortion patterns (which are at epidemic levels) are a common denominator of:

Pain
Migraines
Fatigue
Brain Fog
Poor Balance
Dysfunctional Respiration
Depression

It’s really sad, and with everyone inside, sedentary, and glued to their devices….well, if we don’t stand up to postural decline together…it will only continue to get worse!

2020 is our year, but many people are now working from home in very bad ergonomic work areas. Do not let this pandemic hurt your health anymore.

If we ban together we can change the world with better posture at work.  If more people have better ergonomic posture, they are:

Pain Free
More Resilient to Stress
Happier
More Confident
Better Breathers
More Focused and able to Think Clearer
Balanced

This is our time.

To get all of the tools that you need to build your Erogonomic Posture of the Future, please join me as my special guest over the next few weeks.

Reserve your spot today by just responding with your contact info just to the left on this page.

More information will come in the next few weeks about the program. We we start the program on October 20th.
