Fix your bad posture with vision training

Does anyone tell you, that you have bad posture?
Ever been told to sit up straight?
Ever looked at yourself and wondered how you don't fall over because your head is so far in front of your shoulders?
Well, these visual drills may help.   Sometimes your posture problem is caused by your vestibular system (inner ear of the brain that helps control your posture).  If this is the case, doing many posture exercises like rowing and back extension exercises for your posture may make you feel worse or even make your posture worse.
