Improving your vision may just mean that you no longer have to use those cheater glasses,  you may be able to read longer, sit at a computer without a headache, have less dry eyes, have better posture, less tension headaches from your neck, perform better as an athlete and much more.  You just need 10-20 minutes a day 4-5 days a week.  The training can be in 3 minute duration throughout the day.  Most of our training drill can be done at home or your desk.  You can do most of them with either your finger or a pen.  We have free printable material and training supplies on our website.
