Six ingredients make tacos as simple as they’re supposed to be.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup salsa, more if needed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sear steak in heavy-bottomed skillet.
- While steak is cooking, heat tortillas in oven.
- Once steak is done, slice thinly.
- Assemble tacos by layering steak, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa on each tortilla.
